UCSC is the perfect choice for your next conference. We’re available for overnight groups each June, July, and August, and affordable campus housing options include traditional residential halls and shared apartments. We'll guide you through every detail of your housing, meeting, dining, and catering needs, and can provide a variety of classroom and casual meeting spaces in addition to well-equipped sports facilities to serve the needs of both large and small groups.
Registration services are also available. We will set up a registration website for your conference and collect registration fees and other information you require from participants. All credit card transactions are deposited to your own conference account, and registration information is provided to you weekly.
