Stay where the redwoods meet the Monterey Bay
Each summer (mid-June through August), UC Santa Cruz welcomes a wide range of overnight groups—from youth camps and academic workshops to adult conferences, corporate retreats, and sports programs.
We make hosting easy with all-inclusive daily packages that take care of the details so you can focus on your program.
Every package includes:
- Overnight accommodations
- Three meals per day in a campus dining hall
- Professional conference coordination and on-site support

Adult lodging options
- Single rooms: One twin bed in a private bedroom within a shared apartment
- Double rooms: Two twin beds in a shared bedroom within a shared apartment
Lodging details:
- Adult participants stay in campus apartments, each with shared common areas including a living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.
- Apartments are modestly furnished with few amenities. We recommend bringing personal items such as:
- Alarm clock
- Coffee maker
- Toiletries
- Your preferred towels or pillow (though linens, two towels, and a washcloth are typically provided)

Lodging, 3 meals daily, bed linens, towels, a parking permit, and professional support throughout your stay.
On-campus accommodations are available exclusively during the summer conference season. Hosting an event at another time? Our experienced meeting planners can help you secure comfortable, convenient hotel lodging in the local area.
Youth lodging options
- Double and triple rooms: Twin-size bunk beds in college residence halls
Lodging details:
- Youth participants are housed in residence halls with shared bathrooms located in the hallways on each floor.
- Each participant is expected to bring their own:
- Bed linens (twin size)
- Bath towels and toiletries
