Summer season 2026 room and board package 


June 21–August 28, 2026

Rates are per person, per night, and include three meals per day—beginning with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure. Rates are based on a 30-person, 3-night minimum. Higher rates may apply for shorter stays or smaller groups.

Each room is furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, and clothing storage for each occupant.

Labor


Conference Services staff is available to assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment and furniture for your conference meeting room and special events.

Shuttle transportation services


Campus shuttle buses are available to assist with transporting your conference participants to and from special events and require a 4-hour minimum.
